Stamping (accessory) relating to the Container Safety Ordinance

Reference Clauses of the Act : Art. 49-3

It means the person conducting the accessory inspection’s stamping the matters prescribed by Ministerial Order in their order clearly and indelibly at a visible point on a thick part of an accessory, when that accessory has passed an accessory inspection, or the contents of those matters (if it is not appropriate to stamp the matters on a thick part of an accessory, another thin plate on which the matters are stamped may be welded, soldered, or brazed firmly to a visible point on an accessory instead of stamping the matters.)
